- All orders are meticulously packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second notification containing your tracking information once your package has been handed over to our courier.
- Bank Transfer Orders: Please note that if you select Direct Bank Transfer at checkout, your processing time begins after the funds have officially cleared into our account.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Delivery Area: We proudly offer standard shipping across Pakistan.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your specific city or region.

3. Order Tracking
- Once your signature scent is on its way, we will provide you with a unique tracking number. You can use this number directly on our courier partner’s website to monitor the exact status of your delivery.
4. Handling of Fragile Items (Damages During Transit)
- Perfume bottles are delicate by nature. We take extreme care in securely bubble-wrapping and packaging your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
- If your external package arrives noticeably crushed or leaking, please refuse the delivery from the rider.
- If you open your package and find the product damaged, contact us immediately at
admin@mandf-fragrances.storewithin 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of both the damaged product and the packaging so we can swiftly arrange a replacement.
5. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and active mobile number are completely accurate at checkout.
- M&F Fragrances is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable or refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
6. International Shipping
- At this time, M&F Fragrances strictly ships within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping.
